Host Resources

To host an AGsperience, a host must adhere to the following quality standards.

Health and Safety

Ensure a safe environment for visitors, including proper maintenance of the terrain used for walking and standing. We encourage hosting outdoor activities to reduce the risk of viruses transmissible in enclosed spaces.

Nondiscrimination Policy

As a host, it is your responsibility to provide a respectful, and inclusive experience for all visitors, regardless of race, color, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, disability, or any other legally protected status. Discrimination of any kind will not be tolerated and will result in the termination of your hosting privileges. This includes, but is not limited to, discriminatory language, behavior, or actions towards visitors. We encourage you to embrace diversity and promote inclusivity in all your interactions with visitors. By providing a welcoming and inclusive experience, you can contribute to creating a positive and memorable agricultural experience for all visitors. Remember, visitors come from all walks of life and it is your duty as hosts to treat everyone with dignity and respect.

Maintain a high level of professionalism in all interaction with visitors, including providing clear and accurate information about the experience.

Accessibility

Ensure that the experience is accessible to all visitors, regardless of physical ability or age.

Quality of Experience

Provide a high-quality experience that meets or exceeds visitors’ expectations, including providing safe hands-on activities and opportunities for visitors to learn about agriculture.

Maintenance and Upkeep

Regularly maintain and update facilities, equipment, and infrastructure to ensure a positive experience for visitors.

Visitor Satisfaction

Continuously evaluate and respond to visitor feedback to improve the overall experience.
